Firefighters were dispatched to the 200 block of East Philadelphia Street on Saturday around 4:13 p.m.
Three firefighters suffered minor injuries, according to officials.
The extent of their injuries and current condition is unknown.
Five of the seven apartments in the building are no longer inhabitable and have approximately $300,000 in damages.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
